Re: We have sold 3250 ST's and targeting 4500
How many under 11s do you reckon make 20+ games per season? Well then don’t buy them a season ticket. Get them matchday tickets. You’re not doing any favours for the argument here. So not only should kids basically get in for free but they can’t be expected to always attend, thus depriving somebody...

The whole Prince William supporting Villa thing really is odd. Does anyone know how it came about? The Duke of Cambridge previously told BBC Sport he decided to support Aston Villa while at school because he wanted to be different to his friends who followed the likes of Manchester United and Chels...

One of our immoderators said:- Proposition Joe » Mon May 27, 2019 1:26 pm I know it's crass to comment on someone appearance but her mouth looks like she's had a stroke or Bell's Palsy. I wonder if he would have made that sort of comment about a man? To me it smacks of misogyny. 'Immoderators' won'...

Re: Cameron- look what you have done
BT one of the most successful companies in the world in the last 25 years . Didnt the Public used to own that ? It isn't that successful. When floated its share price was 130p, today it is 196p. Chronic under performance. And prior to privatisation there were huge waiting lists for new telephone li...

That’s good. But maybe if there had been such a thing, there would be more fans of your age? PS liking the new character developments. Maybe so. Either way, £9 for a season ticket is absurd. Anything under £100, for 20+ matches, is more than reasonable How many under 11s do you reckon make 20+ game...

Top trolling. Kuenssberg was, if anything, playing down the Tories' results. Also her and Edwards were really reticent, unless pushed, to point out that while Brexit Party may have come top, added together there was still a majority of votes cast for explicitly Remain backing parties. The usual cen...

Re: BBC Euro Election Coverage
Last night I sat watching their coverage and was appalled at how biased it was. Laura Konesburg (spelling is possibly wrong) the political commentator only wanted to tell us how bad the Tories were doing. She failed to mention how bad labour performed and she never mentioned how well the Brexit par...

Re: We have sold 3250 ST's and targeting 4500
It’s almost as if they’re trying to encourage youngsters into becoming supporters of the future or something, innit. Mental! no such thing as £9 season tickets when I was a kid, and it didn’t seem to stop me becoming a lifelong fan. That’s good. But maybe if there had been such a thing, there would...

Re: We have sold 3250 ST's and targeting 4500
Esti the people moaning were complaining about the £59 ticket which was increased from £9. I have no problem with the prices even though my three kids tickets will cost me another £150 I still believe that they are great value for money. Thanks, I didn’t realise that. Well my point is even more val...

Re: We have sold 3250 ST's and targeting 4500
Claiming that £99 for a kids season ticket is a “disgrace” is laughable. Especially considering that the club will be playing a division higher next season. It’s a totally reasonable price for a season ticket. if tickets remained at the ludicrously low price of £49 then the cost will have been passe...

Funnily enough I was the opppsite. I was well aware of the YouTube channel he ran but had no idea what his real name was.
Eventually I put two and two together and was flabbergasted that he was a genuine candidate.

Re: Carl Benjamin UKIP
The fact that the bloke was even standing is a sign of how low British politics has fallen.
He was essentially nothing more than a YouTube troll. The political climate in the UK is so bad right now that a far-right provocateur vlogger felt emboldened enough to stand for election.
Disturbing really.

Esti chasing after Spen again. Whilst I am not anti West Ham plenty of O's fans are and many would celebrate any downturn that they may endure, you might be one of them. So it's quite normal for rivals to be happy when the other one fails. Nothing to see here. Totally agree (although personally I g...

You’ve made the fatal error of suggesting that not everybody who voted in that referendum had a sound knowledge of the EU, what it does, how it works and what would happen if we left it.

It's not hard for the Mackems to lose. They've been practicing it for the last few years and seem to have it off to a fine art now. Sticking in the boot to Sunderland like the true Newcastle fan you are. I think you will find its factually correct. Two successive relegations followed by the lowest ...

Re: Gatehead Suspended From The National League
Cheltenham did it in 2016? BR did it even better, though. I think BR and Cheltenham are the ONLY teams to go straight back up since the National League was founded in 1979. That's how tough the league is. Lincoln & Darlington did I think as well in early years of automatic promotion. 1979 and th...
