Re: Royal Mail to West Ham confirmed
Allowing foreign ownership of strategic assets is so dumb Selling them off is dumb. Selling them to foreign owners who have no interest other than ripping the arse out of the business to extract as much profit as possible from the people of the UK is criminal. People seem to have forgotten the stat...

Cost of the youth team
My wife's nephew is playing for Plymouth under 18s apparently he gets 300 quid a week and free board. It's a far cry from 20 quid yts 30 years ago. If it's a similar cost at orient I struggle to see how we make our money on that investment.

Re: VAR could be scrapped.
If they do keep it the offside decision making has to be looked at imo. Being offside by a toenail is ridiculous, there has to be some distance between the attacking and defensive player, what ever happened to giving the offensive player the advantage when level. Offside should be automated. You're e...

I like wrong decisions in football, adds an element to the game that var is taking out. I still remember the games where we got robbed by an awful ref 30+ years ago!

Surely if Ipswich go up to the premier league it makes a huge difference. They'll pocket 100mil from TV rights, why would they quibble over 100k for a player surplus to requirements

Re: Released Players
As good as Galbraith, Obiero, and Brown might be, they are just young kids. Game against Shrewsbury changed markedly when Pratley left the field. I accept El Mizouni is also young, but he is advanced for his years and can handle himself. If El Mizouni doesn't return, we definitely need an experienc...

Re: Released Players
Disappointed that Pigott and Moncur haven't been put on the transfer list.
What's the point in offering Pratley a contract, what are we going to get out of him next season, 10 games at best, and his wages are not going to be cheap. Would rather us use that on a youngster with potential,

Happy for any experienced player who can't nail down a place in the team to leave. So that would be James, Hunt, Moncur, Pratley and Pigott. Maybe Beckles too, as I'm not sure he's first xi.

Rough memory of him. He was a young centre half or left back iirc. I think Zak came through about the same time and was by far the better of the 2.

Re: Is he that good?
I feel that pep had got a bit arrogant this season, and feels he can win with any eleven players he puts out. For half the season they've been playing 4 centre halves, and have got away with things due to the quality of their attacking players

Re: No more FA Cup replays
I like this, I think there'll be more upsets and make the later rounds more interesting.
Not sure why everyone is up in arms at the EPL, surely the FA have made this decision, or does the FA cup have nothing to do with them anymore?
