That will probably rule out any decent manager who has a backbone.

Sorry but you talk a lot of rubbish. The guy has come into a club where money is scarce and have had very limited success and gets them into the play offs is fantastic. Their fans love him for what his has done so far. I hope they win promotion they deserve it

Time will tell, but we need a strong and experienced manager next time around with the ability to inspire the players to play to the best of their ability. Also a manager who can vary his ways of setting up the team so that we have a few different plans to encounter the different types of formations and players who we will be playing against.
