I actually think that if we sign a winger and a striker, it will keep us up this season, and that's the main aim, but, the two players MUST be quality.... No cheapies, from league 2 clubs, if they are really decent players, they'll keep us up.
I realise they won't come cheap, but if you want to own a football club in 2023, then you have to be very rich, and our directors are.
In the summer we can add to the squad, and gradually get better, but for now it's about still being in this league after the final game

Our directors are averagely rich in terms of
football club owners. If you compare them to
Kroenke or The sultans & Sheikhs or the Fenway
group , they are practically paupers.

To be honest I still cannot understand why anyone would get so involved with a business with hardly any fixed assets unless it is to mitigate business gains from another source. Had KT gone into the Dragons Den with a proposal to buy the club (can just picture him and Travis in full kit playing headers with each other as they entered the den) and the dirty looks by Peter Jones as they tell him they have been offered a great deal by Barry Hearn

Owning a club is though and FFP is a joke, we seem to be one of the few who take it seriously

Are you really familiar enough with the finances of every other club at this level to say we're one of the outliers in being restrained?

But owners are able to subsidise as much as they want as long as it's via cash injections or equity, not loans.
