Can't log in on line cos it's telling me wrong password , tried to change my password and it still won't let me log in , I take it I can go along to the ticket office tomorrow to sort it out

You should be able to call/email the office and they'll sort your password for you.

Try clicking the little person icon in the top right, then a little menu pops out and click renew from there. That or update your gavin filter.

Anyone know where the ticket exchange credits are - I thought they were to be used against the season ticket renewal?

They really don’t help themselves do they? Buying tickets and renewing season tickets has been a ball ache for at least a decade, if not longer. In terms of revenue, the process for buying or renewing a season ticket should have complete focus in order to make it something you can do, regardless of technical ability, in about 90 seconds

Presumably Devlin has filed them in the same place Macklin hid the Covid related season ticket refunds?

Had exactly the same problem - emailed Lindsey and she reset my password and then it worked OK. Weird as I was clearly logged in but got the same as you - hit renew now and it came back to the same place. Maybe if you reset your password yourself it might fix it.

I did reset my password and am still getting the same problem grrrrrr! it does seem to happen every year.

Update: site now working, just seems a bit slow. But able to renew without any bother.

Gave up trying to log in and Emailed the club and they sent me a form ( PDF ) which I printed, hand wrote, and posted the old fashioned way. We never seem to make it easy for fans

I found it easy, guess most people did as well because only a handful seem to be having issues. Not the clubs fault IMHO

I think that without doubt the ticket office staff are extremely helpful, but it’s sometimes the IT side of things where fans seem to have problems with certain transactions.

I renewed mine on line a couple of weeks ago, received a paper renewal form through the post today. God knows why.
