Vesta Beef Risotto for me, not available now. Used one of my Mum’s old aluminium pans and overcook it until it was on the verge of burning. Great with a pint of Mackeson.

And Max B Gold has accused me of being no Jay Raynor, I think I have just lost my title.

Most kind LJ. Used to overcook from the start by nearly burning the rice then, after adding the mix and water, just kept heating it until it was neatly carbon. Mind you, a right b@gg@r to clean the pan.
And on the matter of the Mackeson, that’s becoming difficult to get hold of now.
