Agree especially ''On Jobi substitution i go with good management and more than likely input from Jobi himself.''AckneyAwks wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 12:44 pm Did not watch the game Live but going by the brief highlights Vigoroux looked to have had a very good game and everytime i watch Jobi the guy is pure class!!
Oh how i wish he was 28 and there is something about him that as a club owner i would want him at the club for many years to come.
Stevenage should have scored in that first piece of action, we pressed well for 1st goal and Jobi magic with good finish by Wilko.
On Jobi substitution i go with good management and more than likely input from Jobi himself.

I didn’t realise Embleton played professionally. Missed that. But yeh, I’d back the experience of Senda and Jobi over Embleton every day. If Embleton has any sense he will listen to the experience they have, take note, and act upon. Being aware of ones own limitations and learning from others is a key part of self development. I have no doubt Embleton is the sort of guy who listens and learns. Nothing wrong with that.Sid Bishop wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 1:15 pmYou are talking of the years spent coaching kids when he should have been playing himself !tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 1:03 pmThink Ross has been coaching far longer than his backroom staff .Sid Bishop wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 12:45 pm

For me personally he does not come across as suited to be a head coach/manager.
To give ones honest opinion of of how you think a person shapes up when doing the very hard job of being a head coach/manager is just down to personal opinion. Down to him to prove his doubters wrong isn't it. You see I grew up with people like Johnny Carey, Jimmy Bloomfield and George Petchey being in charge of the Os, well that is the level I judge Leyton Orient managers by. If he can get to the same level as them then great, we shall all be won over !

Re: Highlights O's v Stevenage
The Tuffers hate campaign is very tedious and stupidly wrong.
But folks, the poor soul is doing it to get attention. A feeble attempt to wind people up. He craves attention, wants to be recognised. Sad. Don’t matter how many times you say you don’t hate, he will continue.
I would not like to live a life so consumed by the word hate. Better to be sympathetic to tuffers.

Re: Highlights O's v Stevenage
I dont think to be a good manager you have to be a ex player at proffessional level, would it help you "of course it would". When performances are not good supporters and probably the players themselves will use it against you. I have been guilty of that myself!tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 1:44 pmThere are loads More SidSid Bishop wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 1:39 pmThere is always one, but I am talking about RE not Carlos_Alberto_Parreira.tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 1:33 pm

What i have seen of R-oss he comes accross as quite a nice guy and i really hope he is successful. Not so much for himself but for the club i support.
Why would anyone want to "hate" him, i would imagine 99% of us have never even met him and i definetly dont class Sid as a hater. He is like all of us someone with a opinion.

Re: Highlights O's v Stevenage
Bizarre thing to say. As far as Sid's comments, if something has been explained multiple times and backed up with examples yet they still make a fuss about something that clearly isn't an issue how is that not stubborn? It's nothing to do with having an opinion.and everything about that opinion being totally nonsensical.AckneyAwks wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 4:01 pmWhat is it with you "Smendrick Feaselberg" and your condescending attitude towards older people. Please leave SF alone, his comments do not bother me at all, For a year or so now I have just ignored most everything he writes on this forum and anyway, while it makes him feel good to keep having a pop at me, then hopefully while doing so, he is leaving someone else alone.AckneyAwks wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 4:01 pmWhat is it with you "Smendrick Feaselberg" and your condescending attitude towards older people.
