Re: Richie Wellens reacts to victory over Boreham Wood in the FA Cup First Round
It was stupid by Sweeney. I’ve seen him play much better and get hooked by Wellens. Might be talking him up to give him a boost in case we need him to play more games when Currie goes back? I'm dreading Currie going back because he's streets ahead of Sweeney .I don't know what the terms of his loan...

Re: Is the job too big fo Wellens?
He’s a good manager . It’s so crap to diss him just because we’re having a poor run. You’ve seen the standard of football he can get from the players , stop being so fickle ! Careful what you wish for ! Give the man a break

They must explain, what they knew and how and why they didn’t report it, but I’m sure the budget will grab the headlines and wash this serious topic aside.

Just what we don’t need ANOTHER winger to cross the ball into the box for nothing to happen and no runners . Also if we have no budget why would we be willing to break the bank with wages for a winger ?

Re: Would we be better off in L2?
I made this point to a board member . What’s the point in aiming for championship , where all clubs lose 20-40 million a year and we can’t sustain losing 3 ? That’s some massive billionaire you have to find ! His reply was, as a club you have to look ambitious and show you’re moving forward. Fact is...

They’ve hardly played any games ! Cannot judge their value. Ball has looked good, Graham actually improved the game for us when he came on at Wycombe , if that’s possible and Simpson hasn’t played, but is a good defender

Don’t think he’s as good as he thought he was . Scored a few for us, but he’s not scoring at Bristol. Shows how very poor our strikers have been for a long time now

Re: Agyei
There is our problem and it’s not a new issue . Dan should be our no 9. He has goals in him. Kelman is a good young player , but when he’s off form which he certainly is at the moment, we have nothing on the bench to replace him. Perkins is all we have and he’s way way short of L1 standard . Crazy

Re: Perkins
He needs to go back asap and we need to replace him with a proper striker that can make a difference in L1 and replace Kelman of& the bench when he’s knackered , and have impact . We need to be seeking who that striker IS NOW .

All she did was goad. She was arrogant , fake and not real, and she has NO policy’s apart from no tax on tips , nicked from Trump, and flip flop on fracking . Four years in power, done nothing . Trump came across passionate , and real. Looking at the latest polls on undecided voters , Trump is doing...

So obviously no one wants Howes , as he was going two weeks ago but what’s happened to the young spurs keeper ? Has he gone back ? He hasn’t been on the bench or even mentioned or interviewed since he signed ? Odd

Re: Would we be better off without Martin Ling?
I think he does a good job , but he’s far too slow , with his “due process” whatever that is, and sometimes maybe not bold enough with our signings . Sometimes you need to be a maverick , Lingy is very safe. He’s very dedicated

Re: Why are we not producing young strikers ?
We had that year , when we went non league m where we had a brilliant youth team , who all left . It’s really important though because we could save so much money bringing our own players through, rather than misfits from other clubs . Also surely the attraction for kids is that they stand a great c...

Why are we not producing any young strikers through our youth team? Who was the last one ? We seem to have some midfielders and defensive players for the future, but goal scorers ?

He trains the keepers and has an opinion , but RW clearly stated that Martin and him had looked at so many keepers in the summer and all were too expensive . Can’t blame Royce
Shame we couldn’t have got Alsop . He just sits on the Birmingham bench each week
