Re: Hector gets a new contract offer

Posh offering a new contract on improved terms, while he will still be wanted by other clubs a new contract will push up his value, good for us if/when he moves on. Posh should have sold him for £4million because now he can leave for nothing . He can't leave for nothing he's under contract until su...

Wycombe get a new owner.

Interesting news that Nigel's American mate has sold up to a Georgian billionaire who resides in Kazakhstan. Could go either way that one I think, nice to have a billionaire owner but as we know it's not just about the money. https://www.bucksfreepress.co.uk/sport/24324979.wycombes-new-owners-formal...

Re: Theo

Think he is signing a one year contract extension rather than a new contract.

Seems sensible if that's the case, it gives him security on the same terms as last season while he recovers from his surgery.

Do you have any detailed insight about the owners of Crawley town?
Try asking Hoover Attack he seems to know all about (fictional) wealthy families.

Only thing that's tragic is your terrible attempts at wumming. I haven't changed anything - I can't help it if you can't read. I said they need a few hundred more on the gate but it was you that said 300 and I pointed out that they need more than that. A 1000 on average a game required to get near t...

Mate, you literally typed: Excellent news but unless they find another few hundred on the gate every week they are going to struggle financially. You quantified it mate. 300 ain't going to do a lot it's going to cost a lot of money far more than you think, still as I say the address is "The Ch...

Re: Congratulations to

300 x £20 x 23 games = £138k. Small change to some local, wealthy families. So you think the difference between running a club part time in National South and full time in National Premier would be £138k a year you really are completely clueless, stick to rumour mongering. Or perhaps you could cont...

Re: Peterbro v Oxford

I thought Oxford were the best team we played at home this season but they were a bit fortunate to win last night. The thing that got me was the amount of grappling and holding at corners that was going on, it was more like WWF wrestling. I thought this was being punished by Referees this season ??...

Re: Congratulations to

All I know about Braintree is from our visit there when it seemed pretty tinpot. Didn't they only bring about 20 fans for the reverse fixture, even though it was quite a big local game for them? It was probably about a 100 but a lot of those in fancy dress they had a good time and it literally was ...

Re: Congratulations to

Going to take a massive effort to keep the management team because they will have the smallest budget in the league next season and will be in demand at bigger clubs. also Braintree can’t afford to put players on meaningful contracts so keeping the squad together will be very difficult. If the mana...

Re: Josh Koroma

Peterborough wanted £6.5 million - He may well be worth that one day if he continues to develop but as good as he is I think they should have taken the £4million from Watford with both hands tbh. We would have got 20% sell on once the £300k we sold him for had been deducted so a nice little £740k a...
