My old Dads memory is not the best these days but every now and then he has a flashback of sorts

He’s just being telling me of the above player who he thinks played in the 1930s according to his dad my grandad of course this guy played literally a season with a broken ankle

Google search has unveiled nothing

Any of you people got any info on this chap
