The aim is to avoid flares ups and misunderstandings which have blighted this Board in the last two days.

It will also aim to eliminate great big chickens from flocking over to the subordinate board and clucking to all who will listen to false accusations.

I don’t you would be a candidate for mentoring as you need mentoring yourself, who do you usually turn to? Do you have anyone you can spill your beans to as such ? Everyone should have someone.
