It is being reported that the BBC & ITV are about to sign a deal to share the coverage of the FA Cup with the final being shown by both. This is good news and will bring about the biggest exposure for the worlds oldest cup competition.
Hopefully they move it back to 3pm.

Surprised that ITV are doing this as it commits them to showing games from first round onwards. Will probably put games from the first couple of rounds on ITV4. BBC have had live games anyway, but ITV now have 30 v BBC 18, so ITV must be showing 5 in every round up to quarter finals. Also there are no replays from fifth round onwards any more to disrupt the soaps.
