Re: Who do you blame?
The EFL testing rules, or lack of is the main culprit but there should be an investigation into some of the medical decisions as well as the comments said to media at a time like this. It's a chance to improve how we do things.

Take a look at last night's FA Cup Tie. Take note of social distancing and the players doing their bit to curb the dreaded virus. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/54244318

Re: Who do you blame?
I selected the EFL as the games main stakeholder it should have put in place a robust testing program which was fully funded by them. It seems to me that the Oldham game has taken on a significant event as it’s a couple or so weeks ago we played them and we are constantly told isolate for 14 days. Did we stay in a hotel overnight? Is that where we picked it up? Was it just enough being in a hot spot for someone to pick it up. Many questions abound however, no answer at present.
I feel for the players as the opportunity to play against such opposition does not pop up every five mins, for the club who had an opportunity to reduce the loss this year substantially or for the manage, ent who may have been given further finds to strengthen the squad. It’s a shame all round.

Tameside (Oldham) has been on the naughty list for sometime. Just check the next time the BBC (God bless it) publishes the District League tables.

As so many of the squad and staff have tested positive it must have been picked somewhere they were cooped up together.

One of the TV chasers was trying to explain oxymoron. She said “Oldham Athletic“. Doesn't surprise me that fans cannot bear to think their club could be in the wrong here and seek to pass the buck.

One being that one of them got it from going for a meal and then passing it the rest of the squad, for example.

Re: Who do you blame?
If we were doing testing every day you could probably isolate where it come from. But it doesn’t sound like we’ve done a test before Saturday since before the first game.
