The days of Martin meeting new signings over a coffee

will be long gone. To entice any new players they will be invited to participate in our pitchside dining experience to clinch the deal. Along with thier agent they will be seated at a table for ten alongside our coaches and director of football...bon apetite!!

I thought the main purpose of the pitch side dining was to generate the revenue for Ling to keep employing his "yes boss" chums?

100 diners at £25 a pop isn't going to bring in a mint tbh. Even with booze sales on top of that. Although, having partaken, I can honestly state that the O's have gone for maximum profit margin on the food. But it's not about that, is it. The food was pretty poor but it was a good laugh, a very enjoyable experience and it made money for the club. I would, however, strongly recommend the two and a half hours pre-lunch stern drinking in the Birkbeck and then the Coach to maximise your enjoyment of the fare on offer.

I disagree. They have a 'process'. The 'process' doesn't change.

I prefer to order a pizza and the bloke turns up half time with it. Thing is , he had to come back halfway through second half as he forgot my garlic bread.
