56 days

Post by Real Al »

Just been told that the refund on my train season ticket could take up to 56 days to get into my account!!

So, while they are holding £5k of my money, how will they expect me to buy a new one if I'm back to work by end of May?

My wife is obviously on a different line to you real al, but she was told 5 days to be refunded. Just waiting now to see if it has come back.

It’s a liberty especially how they calculate the refund as well, proper robbery going on there.

If you’re a TFL customer (which my wife isn’t) they refund back to the last day you used it. Why are commuters being penalised all the time?
