I read yesterday that Neville has advocated a transfer ban being applied to all clubs (I guess he’s talking premier league only) who furloughed staff until that money was paid back. He makes a case for saying how can clubs be spending £30,40,50 million on a player yet failed to pay staff their wages.
I think he is on to something here and makes a good point.
