My considered take on this:

• This Prime Minister, and his government, is obviously racist

• Dave's album is good, not my personal favourite, but I don't purport to be the ultimate tastemaker. And these choices are just as political in their own way as those the government makes

• completely agree with the sentiment of his lyrics last night, but - by his standards - they were pretty route one

Certainly put me right on a few points I was unsure of and i'm very glad that someone has finally been able to put the thorny issue of racism to bed with the conclusive proof that it can't exist because a black kid has made some money.
