Good luck to REG, but he wasn’t up to much when he was fully fit let alone after a very serious injury. Guess we’re paying his wages so being able to cover would be good.

This will probably age like milk but... I actually think the squad is better balanced than it has been for a few years.

I think the main areas of weakness/vulnerability are:
(1) A physical ball-winning midfielder, especially if El Miz/Hayden out
(2) A tall/physical back-up striker who offers something different to Kabia/Oyekunle
(3) Experienced back-up CB
(4) Recognised number 10
(5) Back-up RB

Not expecting much before window closes - would be fairly happy if they can just shift out unwanted/unfancied players on permanent deals.

We have done a good job or rebuilding the spine of players stay fit (big if!) but the gap is still a passing No.10. We have lots of dribbling but rely on El Miz for passing. Obviously Donley coming back was well out of our budget but we need someone like that more than any other position and then pray the first choices stay fit.

Wow , this is news to me ,Levitt has gone . ? What club did he move to ? I'm more hopeful now we can sign at least one new player before the window closes tonight
