Hector Kyprianou
Hector is to leave Peterborough at the end of his contract. Would you sign him back to us?

Re: Hector Kyprianou
All day long.
Not really sure he’s the sort of player to suit Wellens game plan tho.

Re: Hector Kyprianou
Actually, scrap that - he’d be perfect as the deep 4 dropping into the back line and inverting the fullbacks when in possession (something we did in a recent away game).
Bring him home, Richie.

100% - mainly to wind up the morons on here who don't rate him. CM is a big must this summer.

If he's not good enough for lowly struggling Peterboro he's not good enough for Orient. We have moved on substantially since he left.

Both he and Karoma out of contract Peterborough should have sold him when they had the chance

Is there another word I could use for people who continually get everything wrong whilst being unwilling to admit it?Chief crazy horse wrote: ↑Wed May 07, 2025 12:13 pm Not a particulary nice geezer are you.? Good enough to be captain; good enough to be offered a new contract; good enough to turn down £3-4m from Watford last summer.Max B Gold wrote: ↑Wed May 07, 2025 12:24 pm If he's not good enough for lowly struggling Peterboro he's not good enough for Orient. He will go to a lower Championship side IMO, but would I have him back? He'd be an upgrade on Clare (not that Clare is a poor player).

Re: Hector Kyprianou
Speaking as a moron, I'm not keen to see him back unless he's upped his game significantly from when he was with us. Richie wasn't keen on him either as far as I recall. I think Richie made some comment about him "falling over all the time...".
I never rated him in an O's shirt. Very much king of the sideways pass.

Re: Hector Kyprianou
Guy has played 110 games at league 1 level since leaving us as a raw youngster, became one of Peterborough's best players, and has had big bids for him from championship clubs. We wouldn't have a chance in signing him even if we got promoted.

Re: Hector Kyprianou
I don't believe Peterborough actually got any bids for him. Think clubs have sussed out their game of inflated player valuations hence why we now see 3-4 of their key players ending up going on a freeMistadobalina wrote: ↑Wed May 07, 2025 4:13 pm Guy has played 110 games at league 1 level since leaving us as a raw youngster, became one of Peterborough's best players, and has had big bids for him from championship clubs. Are we? He’s not had a great season at Oxford, has he? He wasn’t even making the team towards the end season.

He is 24, a full international and a highly rated free agent. Hector has played his cards right. Barry Fry must be fuming.Mistadobalina wrote: ↑Wed May 07, 2025 4:13 pm Guy has played 110 games at league 1 level since leaving us as a raw youngster, became one of Peterborough's best players, and has had big bids for him from championship clubs.
