Non-football topic: Pavements
Where did they all go? Was it a good decision to dig up so many to lay cables for digital tv? Pavements were much smarter than tarmac in my humble opinion. Did people ever get a say in this??

I swear that cars used to be able to park half on the pavement and half on the road but you dont see it any more. Fully on roads, blocking up the smaller ones!
