Having a player means nothing if he costs you points by lacking a yard or 2 of pace.
Management over the last year have decided that the players who play when all are fit, are the better percentage options.
Ling has performed reaeonably well over pre season & has had no blame whatsoever in any of the goals conceded this season.
A lot of people seem to think they have opinions better than employees of the club , trouble is they need to get there coaching badges & make themselves available for
the jobs.
They may well be better , but at the moment they are just opinionated fans .
Nothing wrong with that , but thats how it is.

Overall id put lingy in front as his overall on both is better than judds overall on both.

We'll see. It was the one aspect of Steve Davis that i hated. He'd never take the blame and would point fingers everywhere else.
It's a sign of a bad man manager. There's just nothing to gain from it imo.

Seems the other lad gets slaughtered regardless of win loss ratio.
Just for the record its 2 wins 1 draw 1 defeat in games he has finished , while Judd is played 2 lost 2 .

I thought Ling was doing ok so disappointed when he went off. But Judd showed what we’ve been missing, he’s so much more forward thinking and willing to attack.

I was using statistics

Personally thought Ling was having a good game until his injury. Finally had some options to give the ball to with Dennis marauding in front of him and looked a bit more confident receiving the ball higher up. One lovely bit of chest control from a big crossfield pass showed that.
Judd does get stuck in and perhaps a bit more edgy than Ling but that's also his weakness in terms of being caught out positionally or diving in.
