I don’t think you understand quite how litigious trans activism is, nor how completely they have, where self ID is enshrined in law, made it impossible to address blatant issues like this.

Most trans activists see that picture and pretend not to see it, because there’s no way of saying this is wrong without it actually demonstrating that taking a male person at his word that he is something he isn’t, demonstrably creates a safeguarding nightmare.
Good luck to anyone negotiating with trans activists to decide at which point male behaviour is a fetishistic parody/projection of what he believes it is to be a woman.
