Most trans activists see that picture and pretend not to see it, because there’s no way of saying this is wrong without it actually demonstrating that taking a male person at his word that he is something he isn’t, demonstrably creates a safeguarding nightmare.
Good luck to anyone negotiating with trans activists to decide at which point male behaviour is a fetishistic parody/projection of what he believes it is to be a woman. I don’t think the idea that “people are who they say they are, acceptance without exception” will take kindly to “so just how big are men;s tits allowed to be before we recognise that some men like the idea of having big tits so much they have built an identity around it”
