Citing it as a 'class problem'; although that doesn't tell the full story; there is however an element of truth in that to a degree. As an example:
My sister works in an (expensive) fee-paying school, costing thousands of pounds a year (in Romford)
90% of the pupils are black, and you would describe the parents very much as working class.
They live in areas like Dagenham/Rush-Green, but have chosen to spend their money on their children's education, rather than buying flash houses and renting BMWs and Audis, unlike so many in the white communities who are now shouting "what about us?", like these Burnley fans.
Whoa, you really think white working class communities are facing their current problems because they’ve spent their money on fancy cars and houses? Have you even been to Burnley? Don’t think there’s any such thing as a flash house there
Broadly agree with the rest of what you wrote though

Of course all lives matter, and I doubt you would encounter a black person who would dispute that. Certainly none that I know.
It has been stated many times that whilst this is 'pro-black', it is not 'anti-white'.
It was unnecessary and insulting during the current climate for the Burnley fans to fly that flag, whilst players were wearing BLM shirts on the pitch, it smacks of disregard to the concerns and fears of the black communities. These (no doubt) white fans have no idea how it feels to live as a minority group.

No doubt these parents are second or third generation immigrants, and they have chosen to do their best in order to move their lives, and the lives of the children forward. It seems clear that no-one hand them anything on a plate.
I believe there are opportunities for All in this country, including the BAME communities, but attitude also counts for something, too. I have little doubt that these parents would wholeheartedly agree.
When in the past my attitude stunk, my life was sh*t too. Clearly, the parents of the children of this school have an impeccable attitude. It seems unlikely that statues in the UK will be keeping them awake at night, they are too busy living, and improving, their lives in the UK to worry about artefacts.
Whilst I'm not disputing that prejudice does exist, and we need to eradicate this immediately, it is also down to the individual to improve their own life, as these black families have stepped up and done to excellent effect.
I'll now await a torrent of abuse from the Marxists on here.
The 10% middle-class parents that have paid to send their kids to a school full of working class kids from Dagenham must be fuming.

So cute that 'racism is a bit sh*t mate, look at all these stats that prove that for some people it makes for a huge disadvantage' is met by 'well, hang about chief!' at every opportunity.
We really are losing this battle and will continue to.
Think it's quite healthy have a few dissenting voices.
If they weren't there then you'd have nobody to argue with all day behind the PolicOs alias.

Why does an alias matter, you're also using one??
I'm not sure how healthy it is when it's basically racism apologists. But you keep doing your thing too. Beradogs, Ornchurch, Red Dwarf etc seem to be on board with your views. Does that not ever concern you as someone supposedly left of centre? Or is that the point?

A very stereotyped view you have M-S -Flake
I’ve been to Burnley and it’s a shithole. Just because your ex bro has a place in a nicer area of town doesn’t mean most the housing there is not of poor quality.
Cool how you call my view stereotyped but not SD’s view that white people spunk all their money on flash cars and luxury pads

I understand that, but how to change it? How do you stop racists being racist? Sure, you can legislate, but there are many forms of racism that cannot be.
It’s a tough question for sure. Here’s a few things that definitely won’t stop racism that screaming leftists may want to take note of:
telling others how they should feel and think
posting black squares and hashtags on Instagram
saying people are “part of the problem” if they don’t do the above
telling white people who have it pretty sh*t right now how “privileged” they are
setting up BAME-only areas in public places
calling those who disagree with them racist
preaching tolerance and open-mindedness but crossing the road when they see black boys

How will we know that the battle has been 'won'?
A black Prime Minister?
50% of all managers in the FL being black?
50% of the boards of all FTSE 100 Companies being black?
How about 50% of the Police being black, including a black commissioner?

A greater public understanding of race and its issues in the UK. Even the acknowledgement of a problem is difficult to achieve, so we're miles away.
No, to all of those things. One is a single position for one person and the others aren't representative. Just some sort of parity.

Why only 50 %
The White population of the world is far less than 50 %

Its a very Altruistic view you are taking as a Non White person .
As im white though i'll take a much more reflective view that most of the other
Non White peoples views i see & read & talk to on social media & real life.
I'll even tell them about you & see what they think .

That's why I asked the question. You tell what % you would be happy with.
If you are talking world % though when are you going to campaign for a higher number of white players in the African or Caribbean leagues?

Without wishing to speak for tuffers here, and he can confirm, I think he was being tongue in cheek there.
But with my own reply, is some sort of parity too much?
I also want this for the working class, before that becomes a thing.

Bit random how you’ve inferred that about me from my post but you couldn’t be more wrong
And “don’t think there’s any such thing as a flash house in Burnley” is somehow a statement of fact lol?

Well why are you not protesting for white politicians in China or Pakistan ?
Or indeed Black politicians in Russia or better a black lesbian transgendered vegan as President of Russia or The U.K ?
Id be happy with people who wanted the opportunity to be involved to be involved &
or to feel threatened with verbal abuse or physical violence if they do so ,
By Colour Creed or anything else BIGOTS love to feel obssesion over.
