Half of their fan base think it's offensive. More than half of their Jewish fans think it's offensive. That's pretty clear cut to me.

Sorry redo, what i was trying to convey but failed was the perception that the fans think its ok to sing etc whereas the poll suggests it's the other way round.

More importantly, what do Jewish non-Spurs fans think?

It started with arsenal fans chanting yid insults at spurs supporters, clearly unacceptable and the spurs supporters adopted that as a defence mechanism in support of their Jewish supporters. I don’t have a problem with that. Far worse was the hissing noises made when spurs played at certain away grounds.

Upminster, your school sounds idilc, mine was nothing like that. Neither of my schools were like that, when disagreements occurred I was called a Jew boy ( which to me is the biggest insult, far worse than yid), or dirty Jew. I never let an insult go without a fight , and it seemed I was fighting every day.
I have come across older generations who use the description ‘Jew boy’ , not even realising how insulting it is, and I guess that you can only truly understand any form of racial insults if you are on the receiving end of it.
Making monkey noises to a black person is despicable. End of.

Anti-semitism was pretty widespread when I was at school. Most saw it as a bit of fun but didn't really think about the impact that it had on the very small number of Jewish kids.

Upminster, I went to Newport road in Leyton and then Tom hood in Wanstead , and like you I was not unpopular, I guess I liked to be the class comedian and represented the school and district at football, and was a half decent boxer, winning the federation of boys clubs title, but It didn’t stop the insults when things got confrontational.
