Always remember Scotland beating England 3-2 after the 66 World Cup win, with claims from Scots that they were the real world champions. Embarrassing that they need to resort to such things.

At least we didn't cheat to win.
Anyway, can anyone explain why there are only 4 or so teams in this "World Cup"?

Of course 10, plus others not good enough to qualify.

I watched the highlights and they need to have a word with Johnny Bairstow for wasting a review on that decision. Jason Roy was going like a train when he was wrongly given out, on another day we may not get away with something like that. Awesome performance from England, real power from start to finish.

First time I've watched live cricket for decades.
How annoying is the music and the announcements blaring out between overs.

Very! They seem to be catering for the hard of hearing.

It is a sedate start and only good as there is one wicket down. However, their pace is pedestrian and they are putting lots of pressure on themselves. Another wicket will illustrate that clearly.
