I was about to say the same. However, there is a Kenyan Blue Mountain version. The plants are grown from seeds form the Jamaican variety but, as there's more arable land space, Kenya has been able to produce it in greater quantities to keep the price down.
We have relatives who live in a Kenya and have done for many years, when they visit the UK they always bring us a couple of kilos of Blue mountain coffee which they obtain from another ex pat close by who has a plantation, they also bring us some Kenyan arabica which is also very nice. They only visit once every couple of years now which is a shame!

Thanks for the info about Blue Mountain coffee from Kenya. Will have to try that out.
