much prefer scrambled eggs.
3 eggs drop of milk chunk of butter salt and pepper.
put straight on 2 buttered toast lovely.

Yes to the chorizo.
I also enjoy loads of fresh herbs chucked into a plain omelette.

Ham, cheese, onion, peppers, chilli, herbs and sometimes spinach.

Do chickens not lay eggs regardless of whether we eat them or not?

All this debate about fillings and assumptions by so many people that the eggs will be chicken's eggs.
Surely the important issue is to decide what eggs to use and free range or not?
