I was thinking Dennis would be the natural replacement, but on reflection I think they'll go with Dayton. He is left footed and offers more defensively so will be closer to a like for like swap for Wilkinson.
Dayton can't be ready. He will need a gradual increase in his number of minutes.
What will be interesting is the new managers view on his players. It gives the likes of Sotirou and a few of the youngsters a chance to make a favourable impression on him. It will certainly be interesting to see what he makes of Alabi!
@Little Mate I see you wrote above ''What will be interesting is the new managers view on his players.''
Yet when I mentioned the word ''Manager'' in a comment on the subject posted onb this forum e.g '''Neil Harris leaves Millwall
you posted this reply to me .....Post by LittleMate » Fri Oct 04, 2019 5:59 pm ''And we are not looking for a manager, we are looking for a head coach.''

''Rather pedantic but ok, most people would say Manager of Leyton Orient, a title that the late Justin Edinburgh was usually known as and referred to as in most media reports.''
So seems like @Little Mate and a few others on this forum just argue for the sake of it !
Sid, I have corrected my post, just for you.

Wasn't the initial diagnosis 6-8 weeks so I'd say another 4-6 depending on progress made so far.

@Little Mate, at the time, your reply to me saying ''And we are not looking for a manager, we are looking for a head coach.''
started off an online argument with another person who also repeated your thoughts about not using the word ''Manager'' only in far stronger words !! Strange indeed as that person had used the same word of manager in other comments on here !! Still that is the ''Independent Leyton Orient Forum'' for you. Little wonder then that this forum is regarded as rather a joke ( An opinion stated by many in far stronger words than I wish to repeat on here ! ) by quite a few fans who I speak to at games I attend. In fact a Forum to be avoided by many Leyton Orient fans, mainly due to the argumentative comments and insults by some to be seen on here, I rest my case and now log out for a few weeks or more, who knows or cares, certainly not me !!

Maybe you'll have got over it in a few weeks.
