And how do you know in both cases? Are you a friend of them? In Boris's case friends of the other 27 leaders as well, as he has made an offer.

Thought it was a good show, slightly long but interesting content rather than filler throughout.

Thanks to the hundreds of people who have listened so far.
Think it's fair to say Ross answered all the questions (including forum questions) we put to him openly and honestly.
It's a long episode but we spoke at length about him stepping down as manager.
Hope it puts a few myths/conspiracies to bed.

Simple solution, skip the parts you're not interested in.
Ross talks about the managerial situation in the first 50 or so minutes and the questions from fans are towards the end if that helps.
