At what point did you realise that you weren't suited to being the permanent head coach?

Were you placed under pressure to stand down as interim manager?Orientoutlookpodcast wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 12:04 pm Hi everyone

How much interference did you endure from club ‘figures’ to pick certain players?
Have you been offered positions elsewhere?

It seems you started coaching at an early age. At what point in your life did you decide to focus on a coaching career as opposed to playing?

Why didn't you step down earlier when it was blatantly obvious that you were not up to it ?

Marvin Ekpiteta is out of contract at the end of the season. Have any contract offers been made or negotiations for a new contract taken place so far?

How much influence in daily life did Martin Ling make. Did he ever"advise" you on who to pick?

& of course amongst all of the reasonable questions, Poundshop has to come up with this drivel.PoundhillO wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 1:38 pm Why didn't you step down earlier when it was blatantly obvious that you were not up to it ?
It's not enough that he stepped down after just 10 games in difficult circumstances. You have to stick the knife in & give it a good twist.

Not sure what the point of this is. When he says he had no influence you won't believe him anyway.ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 3:16 pm How much influence in daily life did Martin Ling make. Did he ever"advise" you on who to pick?

Re: QUESTIONS FOR ROSS EMBLETON
No it isn't, he was only in charge 10 games before deciding it wasn't for him. That's hardly a proper go.PoundhillO wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 4:28 pmPerfectly reasonable question to answer under the circumstances!O my gawd wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 3:29 pm& of course amongst all of the reasonable questions, Poundshop has to come up with this drivel.PoundhillO wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 1:38 pm Why didn't you step down earlier when it was blatantly obvious that you were not up to it ?

Re: QUESTIONS FOR ROSS EMBLETON
Ain't that the truth! Expected stupid questions from the usual suspects and true to form they came forward. Funny thing is they think their questions are legitimate and sensible.

Re: QUESTIONS FOR ROSS EMBLETON
You are 100%correct,...iwont believe him if he says Ling has no influence in his decisions, because that's not true, just as I don't believe Boris Johnson when he says he's going to get a deal . People lie a lot you know.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 3:36 pmNot sure what the point of this is.
