A very overly and unnecesarily defensive response that.
Not really, just an explanatory one, and a justification of the decision. Thanks.
It really was. He was asking why they were on, to which you could have said "Because they are now part of the rotation of presenters" and not the unnecessary and overly defensive bit afterwards. You could have just admitted to an error of judgement and moved on but instead are keeping up the defensiveness in your reply to me. Which is a shame.
Great to hear the audience numbers are now in double figures. Does this include the presenters, guests and studio staff?

Please please can we have more than 1 hand drier in the North Stand Gents - and a better quality one as well - I missed the whole of the second half the other week waiting for my hands to dry ......

Danny- Should the Hub not be publicised more? It could probably do with a few enhancements too in order to entice fans to visit . Any ideas? My idea would be a bottled beer & cider festival. Having bottles would negate extra bar equipment. Sell pork pies & pub snacks too.

Where is the line between being commercially viable, and failing to make the club accessible to all and a 'community club'?

In 2013 Matchroom were paying 100 k PA, how does the new deal compare?
That's a good one and also reminds me of...

How much is rent for the ground, has it been increased from the previous figure of £180k p/a?

Does the club actually have ANY plans to improve facilities within the ground?

If so, will I still be alive to see them?

Thanks for all your questions, there's still time for those who haven't got theirs in yet.

DM..

With the O's looking to have a below average season and the football
generally looking like nothing special to write home about, how do you
envisage keeping the vast majority of season tickets holders onside
when in reality you could quite easily see a decrease of maybe up to 25%
on season tickets sales for season 2020/21 ?? ..

Good topic for discussion.

No doubt about it, they're smashing the arse out of the commercial side. Whatever you think of the sponsors/partners now on board, that side of things has to be considered a success financially. And attendances have been good. It's been easy to get bums on seats the last 3 seasons - season 1 post take over, season 2 anticipation of a good season under Justin and still the good will carried over from take over, season 3 back in the FL - but if we finish midtable and the signings are as uninspiring as this summer, they'll have a job getting the existing fan base to renew. I'd imagine the commercial side will be just as tricky as well.

How can we attract new fans when so many seats are occupied by season ticket holders?

Dizzy is going to have to find a new hill on which to die.

That's the problem with a listening club.
