Well yeah. Given it's the rematch of the game during which Derek passed, of course we're having another minutes silence.
Why of course? How many more are we going to have? Will every Lincoln game be the Derek Reynolds memorial now?
This isn't every game. This is the rematch of the abandoned game at which Derek died.

I'm sure you can spare a minute of your life.

That's the Italian fella we're not allowed to mention anymore after what happened.

While I always thought it would be this game should not have been replayed and to be honest I don't really care about the points, by playing tonight it shows the EFLs disregard for the feelings of Derek's family.

f*** the EFL.
Why is playing it tonight disregarding their feelings? When should it be played?

I don't think that was Derek, it was probably Simon Fellman who stood in, like Derek, for Keith Simpson when
he was indisposed

I agree but that wouldn’t stop them deducting us any points for some bullshit breach of the rules

Too soon if it had to be replayed do it at the end of the season when it’s not so raw.

Have they said they don't want it played now or are people just guessing?

I read somewhere that they were furious , this was after they attended the next home match and heard tributes and before the decision to replay it was made.

Yes they were reported as saying that.

Can you imagine how bad they'll feel if we lose and their dad has cost us 3 points?

His son was very upset about the rescheduling - but he seems to have withdrawn from Twitter since.

We’ve already had a minute’s silence, memorial and his family on the pitch.

I'm sorry his son was upset but I don't think the EFL should really give that undue weight when it comes to rearranging the game within the established football calendar.

Should that happen, instead of a minute's silence/applause, should we do a minute's booing?

With Agyei and Graham out injured it feels to me like we take to the field with only one boot on. Hopefully our lack of firepower doesn’t come back to haunt us tonight.

The family didn’t want the game played, neither did the club.
