If we are going to play with 3 CBs we need another one in the door. I’ll be satisfied with a winger/striker until Jan though

I don't think 3 CBs is a full time measure, just something we had to do to get George on the pitch (who can't press) when Piggot isn't fit enough to press.

I don't think 3 CBs is a full time measure, just something we had to do to get George on the pitch (who can't press) when Piggot isn't fit enough to press.

Not sure Piggot is a pressing player or ever will be ?max if we do play 3 at the back what then happens to Theo?who arguably is probably our best player at the moment, don’t think playing as a wing back really suits him. If Thompson isn’t going to be available (is he ever) then think we will need a CB

Let down by who? Can you honestly say that the money minders are OR is it the wanted players or other teams doing it?

Even so. Richie said on the LO Down that they are possibly looking at bringing in a CB, which is good

Whoever it was Richie said we was signing this week I had expected them to have signed by now .We're now cutting it a bit fine for this player to be eligible to play on Saturday .

Remember playing Bristol City a few years ago and Freeman ran rings around the Orient team at the time…….he was a quality player then without doubt.

Not signing another competent CB is going to seriously f*ck us later on in the season when 3 of the existing ones get injured and/or suspended.

Not having adequate cover for Theo Archibald is also going to f*ck us.

I remember a quote that he's a good personality around the team so almost a coach by this point perhaps. Maybe a loan around January once recovered to allow him to get match time and sort a move for summer as surely he won't get another contract with us?
