Two signings needed
What’s happened to “ we need more pace up front “ surely we need a centre back as well,or will they leave it until the very last day of the window as usual or perhaps none at all? Could do with one by Saturday

Re: Two signings needed
Hopefully Forde has been working on his match fitness this week and will play a bigger part on Saturday, maybe even starting, we could certainly do with a goal or two.

Re: Two signings needed
It's the same ole story - RW talks about players coming in and ML moves at a glacial pace...
Let's home that what ever targets we have with our remaining budget can cut the mustard in this tough L1
Cannot face the prospect of L2 again...uggrh!

Re: Two signings needed
We're not getting another centre half. We have 3, and both James and Brown can fill in there.
Hopefully Brynn is back this Saturday, or next Saturday at worse, so doesn't look like we're getting a keeper either.
We are definitely still short on options up top, even though Shakford looked the business on Saturday. This is the position that has to be filled. Sadly, it seems that everyone at the club has had some sort of memory loss and we're going to bring Kelman in as soon as QPR let him go.

Re: Two signings needed
I agree does seem the club leave Richie out to dry sometimes I also agree with max if people think that Kelman is the answer there sadly mistaken, there’s no difference between him and Drinnan, both don’t like to go into the six yard box but just run around a lot. We could do with a decent centre back imo and if they are getting a forward in then they have to dip into there pocket and get Armstrong in, yeah easier said than done I know

Re: Two signings needed
I hope not and I think we have more chance of getting Alexander Armstrong but you can only hope. Truth is it will probably be an unknown youngster from somewhere if we get one at all? But I’ve said it before if they do have money put aside then spend it now while we need it,to stop us playing catch up.BIGRON wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2023 4:36 pmI don't think kelman is the answer ......I do think he's coming in thoughMonkey Boy wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2023 4:18 pmI agree does seem the club leave Richie out to dry sometimes I also agree with max if people think that Kelman is the answer there sadly mistaken, there’s no difference between him and Drinnan, both don’t like to go into the six yard box but just run around a lot. You are just constantly posting crap.(The same old) Again you haven’t bothered to listen to or totally ignored Wellens saying at the weekend that the club are being really supportive (Ling included) spending budget meant for January to bring in players now, he also said they are trying to bring in a speedy striker but you are still bleating on talking complete self indulgent crap.Monkey Boy wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2023 6:47 pmWhat you on about? But you post so much inaccurate and negative stuff and then try to kid people you have previously worked in football, must be hard to keep up the alias.Monkey Boy wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2023 7:43 pmThen don’t read it or don’t comment on it. I’m not obsessed with you just bored of your alias, certainly not Tuffers was posting here long before that name cropped up, but nice distraction tactic.
