Be fair, whom amongst our elite crime fighters could have possibly had an inkling the man they called "b*stard Dave" may just have been a wrong'un?TRUMP Plumbing wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 2:17 pm You would have thought that the police officers he worked with day in day out over 20 years would have used some of their police skills and thought something wasn't quite right with him.
Or they could have some contacts in parliament who dont need more eyes on themFriend or faux wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 3:00 pm What is even more alarming is that Carrick was in the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Section, as was murderer & rapist Wayne Couzens. This has not been highlighted by the Beeb, which begs many questions. Were Carrick & Couzens muckers? It came out with the Couzens trial that there had been eMails etc and some sort of investigation ( cover-up ) took place. Did these 2 or maybe even more carry out combined ops? I guess journalists dont like asking too many questions on this topic as after all, one investigator got an axe in his head in a pub car park by person(s) unknown!
Be fair to the woodentops here PJ. If they weren't sure there was anything up with Wayne "The Rapist" Couzens, there's no way they could've suspected b*stard Dave is there?Proposition Joe wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 3:08 pmBe fair, whom amongst our elite crime fighters could have possibly had an inkling the man they called "b*stard Dave" may just have been a wrong'un?TRUMP Plumbing wrote: ↑Mon Jan 16, 2023 2:17 pm You would have thought that the police officers he worked with day in day out over 20 years would have used some of their police skills and thought something wasn't quite right with him.
In an orchard of 1,600 trees it would be catastrophic. What on earth is causing so many to go bad? Does the entire orchard need to be ripped out and started again?TRUMP Plumbing wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 9:13 am 1,600 bad apples but the orchard is fine.

Well, as you alluded too earlier, for every one of those 1600 there must be a handful of colleagues who had some kind of inkling that they were "wrong-uns". I'd suggest that they could be added to the total just because they didn't raise the alarm.TRUMP Plumbing wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 9:13 am 1,600 bad apples but the orchard is fine.

Presumably they've not all got giveaway nicknames like b*stard Dave or C**ty Keith, so how could they tell?BoniO wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 1:49 pmWell, as you alluded too earlier, for every one of those 1600 there must be a handful of colleagues who had some kind of inkling that they were "wrong-uns". Get Serco to run the Police, involving the private sector is the only way of ensuring better outcomes for the public.Wally Banter wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 3:35 pm Many years of cutting corners across public services will inevitably lead to this sort of thing.
Yes, making a great job of running trains and the supply of water to name but two essential services...making a great job of making profits, that is.Proposition Joe wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 4:30 pmGet Serco to run the Police, involving the private sector is the only way of ensuring better outcomes for the public.Wally Banter wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 3:35 pm Many years of cutting corners across public services will inevitably lead to this sort of thing.
You student lefties always have to make this about politics and try to score points, don't you?Wally Banter wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 3:35 pm Many years of cutting corners across public services will inevitably lead to this sort of thing.
