That’s alright then as that massively improved once the new team came in. I find them really good on service, well done to Danny for listening and fixing.

Never get food at a football ground. Don’t even have a drink. Just can’t be bothered with the queues. Glad son grew out of half time hot dogs.Disoriented wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2019 8:40 pm Expect the same queues at half-time for the ‘food’ though.
SC beer is well worth the wait, which generally ain’t long cos the staff do a fantastic job.RientO wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2019 10:55 pmNever get food at a football ground. Don’t even have a drink. They could work a bit faster though. Productivity levels could be improved.dOh Nut wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2019 11:27 pmSC beer is well worth the wait, which generally ain’t long cos the staff do a fantastic job.RientO wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2019 10:55 pmNever get food at a football ground. Would have been willing to go a bit more then 5%. If my knowledge is correct, we would have lost parachute payments this summer, so that shortfall would have needed some kind of uplift in ticket prices to give us a chance of challenging again.CreamofSumYungGai wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2019 7:10 pm You’re saying that if we had stayed down, and you bought the ticket 4 months in advance, a mere 5% increase would have been acceptable?
Very true. May have cost the club more to be still in National League with lower attendances as well.Buddy Manucci wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2019 12:48 amWould have been willing to go a bit more then 5%. I suspect they are selling exactly the same number of kids tickets in North Stand as it is still cheaper to buy 1 adult + 1 U11 there than an adult ticket anywhere else.CreamofSumYungGai wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 10:10 am 4,000 before the start of the season given the change in prices and reduction in north stand kids is bloody remarkable
It'll be really disappointing if there are still groups of blokes without kids turning up there week in week out.RientO wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 10:21 amI suspect they are selling exactly the same number of kids tickets in North Stand as it is still cheaper to buy 1 adult + 1 U11 there than an adult ticket anywhere else.CreamofSumYungGai wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 10:10 am 4,000 before the start of the season given the change in prices and reduction in north stand kids is bloody remarkable
I wonder how Orient can persuade another 500 or so to get season tickets. Summer sale? Free shirt? Renewals are one thing, new business is another.

Said all along that the price discrepancy on adults doesn't make sense.RientO wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:59 amAdult/ConcessionCreamofSumYungGai wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 10:55 am It'll be really disappointing if there are still groups of blokes without kids turning up there week in week out.
North £214/£154
South £335/£225
East/West £360/£239
Adult ticket in North is over £100 less than South. Even after paying extra £59 it is a good bit cheaper.

I don’t think we have many mid week games scheduledDaggerHam wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 2:38 pm "There needs to be some sort of policing - adults should not be allowed entry into the North unless they are accompanied by a child. If the price increase hasn't sorted it, they'll have to go down this route."
So on that basis I would not be able to attend a mid-week night game as my grandson, who has got school the next day, would not attend.
Of course you can attend. Maybe just not in the North. Or perhaps they should make part of the north the family section, it doesn’t need all of it.DaggerHam wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 2:38 pm "There needs to be some sort of policing - adults should not be allowed entry into the North unless they are accompanied by a child. At least not as many as in NL
