Is cutting undersea cables or poisoning UK citizens or funding the Brexit campaign acts of war?

An interesting, and unsettling theory (for Europeans especially): www.noahpinion.blog/p/america-is-being-sold-out-by-its

Not sure I buy this as there is no version of the future where Russia dominates Europe, even with it's leadership fragmented. It's population, economy and military are dwarfed by Europe. It's taken years to capture a segment of a dirt poor, much smaller neighbour. There is zero chance it could deal with just Poland.
Completely agree re Russia. But that doesn't rule out that this could be the Trumipian strategy regardless. Only, a Europe left to fend for itself, could soon start to see the emergence of age old disputes.
Let's hope so. One day Alba will be free.

Talk about foreign interference, didn’t Soros fund the Remain campaign?

Don't know. Post your evidence and I will have a look. But why are you deflecting? It's almost like you don't mind a fascist dictator meddling in UK politics.
