We don’t sell out the ground as it is.
According to the official attendance record we do!

The East side remains the best area for development - if it was double tier and went as far into Brisbane road as the planning rules allowed it could be a great stand. I reckon it could get to 6K - which would put the ground capacity at 12.5K.
Orients ground is over 50ft above sea level how much rain are you looking for then. Anyway Raymond the Roller would sort it out with dam big spoong

23/24 - same stadium as this year and then revamp the East Side undercroft in summer (all planned upfront)
24/25 - Better East Side - means we are back to 9271 capacity or a little more (if we reconfigure the Wyvern Suite and tunnel ) and also have a variable sized away section (dependent on opposition). Also possible extra seats over the South Stand moat?

Keep looking for site in Leyton area or nearby. Review league position and ticket demand

25/26 - a) Long term decision to rebuild East Stand or further develop or b) start detailed planning for new ground

c.2030 - New Ground? or Brissy with c.12K max

Yes. Maybe hire a head of looking and a new team of lookers. A space is clearly there somewhere and it’s only a matter of finding it. Damn you Leyton for your complicated topography and being so mountainous.

That's more than a 20% increase.
