Anyone for a Dirty Swedish?
I’m working from home a bit this week. I generally don’t like to do this as I lack the discipline that I have in an office environment. But with it likely that I will soon have no choice I may as well get used to it.
Anyway, my mind is starting to turn to the important issue of what to have for lunch. I’ve been going through the cupboards, fridge and freezer, and have had the inspiration for a meal which I’m going to call a Dirty Swedish.
I have found a packet of Prinskorv, which are mini cooked ‘smoke flavoured’ pork and beef sausages from Ikea (that's the Swedish reference). I intend to fry these up to warm them through, and then put them in a toasted bun in which I also melt grated Monterey Jack cheese. I will then add some spicy tomato relish and American style mustard.
That’s got to be fantastic, hasn’t it? What other homemade concoctions are boarders coming up with to while away the time?

Home made carrot and coriander soup and a handful of Doritos. An apple to finish (or should that be Finnish)
