I would like to see League 1 football, and an upwardly mobile youth system to provide players able to fit into that level.

I would love a crack at the Championship, if only for the younger supporters to see
Realistically I am hoping for top end of L1

Premier League Champions .

Ross Embletons shaky start like Alex Fergusons
Was just that a shaky start.

73% win ratio 3 back to back promotions
1 season of Consolidation followed by there
1st top flight title.

A masterstroke by Martin Ling to bring in
Mauricio Pocchetino as assistant to Ross
last season.

Next year we will Challenge Eddie Howes European
Champions Bournemouth says Kent Teague.
CEO Charlie Edinburgh has worked tirelessly
To upgrade the E10 stadium to a 45,000 capacity stadium. Next year will increase to 51,000.

Chelsea, Liverpool & Manchester Uniteds Financial
Fixing of Fair play still haunts them as they all try to escape the Championship & league 1 respectively .

West Hams new owner Jeremy Corbyn's
promise to return West Ham to the Boelyn
is in its initial stages .
President Farage backed Corbyn after sending Gold Sullivan & Bojo to jail for collusion in the olympic stadium scandal.

I agree. The club achieved this before so why not again. Who knows, we might be successful next time with our crack at the Championship. However, closer to home I just want League Two survival this season and think about the future later.

Like above, the gates to Improve by a few thousand plus championship football.
And to get our ground lease back from Hearns back pocket.

Given the way we seem to be struggling financially this season any sort of promotion push seems a long way away

Avoid relegation
Avoid relegation
Mid-table
Mid-table
Just miss out on play-offs

Meanwhile...

Stadium rent charges to pension fund increase significantly
East Stand gets redeveloped into Hearn's hotel design
Sell any promising youth players as cheap as possible to balance the books

Oh Spen 🤦‍♂️

That would take at least 5.5 years. Unless you think we'll win promo this year, in which case I'll have whatever you're drinking.

0 - 0.5 League 2
0.5 - 1.5 League 2 promotion
1.5 - 2.5 League 1 promotion
2.5 - 3.5 Championship promotion
3.5 - 4.5 Champions league qualification
4.5- 5.5 Win the thing

play the strengths of the players in the right positions

stop playing angol on the wing

stop playing brophy at left back

stop signing people and putting them om the bench

tell Sargent that he aint never be a goalie and get a another job

stop giving stupid contracts to people

explain to dross and his mates how to spell resignation

cant wait for 5 year this is a 5 minute plan

stop thinking that because os fans have been so loyal we are not stupid
