Returns to the O's as youth coach, perhaps we can tweak his contract to play upfront for a few weeks too

In all seriousness a great guy to have around the club and if he can pass some of that nous and work ethic on we'll be much better off for it.
Hate to burst your bubble but KL has been coaching at Leyton Orient since about June 2019
Just saying!!!

Fair do’s people I got that info from Wiki which can be famously wrong
I would think such a big name as Kevin Lisbie coming back to Orient the clubs social media team would of been all over it

There’s a whole lot of other people looking after the younger age groups not listed on there.
I was under the impression he was looking after one of the younger age groups, has been for a while?

Aint John Mackie coaching the u16s?
Perhaps they are not paid roles so their names don't go on the website.
Then again, according to that Ross is still interim....

That's a sh*t load of overhead for a business that seems to be under-performing

If we start producing players like brentford it will be deemed a good return investment. I think they see good returns on youth players.

Except Brentford ditched their academy. With EPPP meaning the likes of Chelsea can come in whenever they want and pinch our emerging prospects for peanuts the Brentford approach seems a more sensible use of coaching time and budget to me...

Yes I know they scrapped it like a fair few others as well, what I was saying, but failed to convey was Brentford produce good players which they sell for good money and our board sees the potential in our youth system.
