So long as it's a permanent loan, that will be great.Prestige Worldwide wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2020 10:30 pm Alabi going to Eastleigh on loan according to outlook lads tweet.

Re: **Alabi off!**
Why would we alert other clubs on who we were trying to sign . It would give them the potential to nip in and sign those players from under our nose .

Re: **Alabi off!**
Well that would probably happen anyway as we don’t seem to be in a rush and we’re half way through the window yet we desperately need a holding / tough centre midfielder for example. It all seems too laid back for me, yet again on sat we were poor.

We are not being fed info from the club.
We dont know who we’re looking to sign - the cmub dont reveal their targets (for the good reason someone said earlier).
Alabi leaving isn’t a surprise to anyone (or it shouldn’t be) but we believe he’s going to Eastleigh.

Communication from the club continues to be diabolical.SuperO1881 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 7:28 amWe are not being fed info from the club.

Re: **Alabi off!**
Surprising that someone should leak it before it happens.
Reaction from their fans could potentially make them think again.
I'd guess we would have to be paying most or all of his wage to make the deal attractive. Will be interesting to see what he can do with a run of games but I think most people would think he ain't National League material.
Have to agree with Thor, the midfield position was the most urgent, I thought we had 10 names per position.... it should have been possible to line up someone for when the window opened. I sincerely hope that the last performance has not seen the club become more relaxed about the situation and just go for another passing lightweight with Clay as super sub.

Re: **Alabi off!**
Fair enough, but you've picked that leaked info up from inside the club surely? It's not like as a fan we are privy to talks is it? Unless you saw him driving in to eastleigh ground as you happened to drive past!!SuperO1881 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 7:28 amWe are not being fed info from the club.

10 people ready on a list for each position we've been told that so many times it must be true. I get it talks take time, but this is a pressing need and we should have been on to the agent tapping him up about availability etc. Pretty quickly you know if your number 1 choice is available, if not move onto number 2 etc.
Seems once again its poor planning from ling concerning a position this team is crying out to be strengthened in.
If he wants to give his best mate the best oppertu it to succeed he needs to get his arse in gear otherwise he is basically hanging the poor man out to dry. Either way its unacceptable. I want ross the boss to succeed, but to have that chance he needs support from his boss.

Of course they've been told it from someone inside the club, and of course they've been told it's ok to publish that info.Thor wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 9:30 amFair enough, but you've picked that leaked info up from inside the club surely? Agreed with others, seems a bit strange to 'leak' it and risk it not happening. Unless perhaps the talks are stalling, disagreeing over who picks up his wages, and this has been done to alert others and/or put pressure on them to get it wrapped up?

Re: **Alabi off!**
I don't think it's that, I reckon they honestly feel the midfield 3 of Wright, Clay and Marsh is good enough. They don't see what we all seem to see, that we are crying out for that Adams type player in there.Thor wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 9:35 amSee right there that's the problem.eagwgw wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 8:22 am Surprising that someone should leak it before it happens.
