I use those expressions all the time. Why Because I'm an atheist and I don't believe in any Gods. To me, such expressions have no meaning and don't constitute blasphemy because there are no Gods to offend. The word 'Jeez' is indeed "..a mild expression used to show surprise or annoyance." but it's a contraction of the word 'Jesus'. You have already acknowledged that 'Jesus' is a Holy Prophet of Islam.
