This match is shaping up very similarly to last week.

First half scrappy battle with not much goalmouth action.

Awful game of football this. We look more solid defensively but can't progress the ball up the pitch and we have zero physical presence up top when we go long.

We can't bring the ball up to the front men. Its all 60 yard punts up front.
No method at all, just hit and hope.

Sounds like an impressive defensive performance - an almost non existent attack. But away at Bradford, I'll take that.

Bradford are a good side. We needed to get to halftime still in it. Mission accomplished. Agreed, it’s not pretty. It was never going to be.

Limited them to corners only. It’s an awful watch but that’s our intention, we’ve managed the game well so far.

I’ll have to see the handball from Gilchrist again, looked dodgy on the tv.

Need a bit of second half magic from Connolly, if we can keep it tight at the back

Good summary. Against the second - places team playing at home - and Bradford is always a tough place to go - we're keeping them at bay.

That said, I think a single goal will win this.

Really ugly game but the lads are working hard and defending well. Non-existent going forward but it will probably open up more in the second half.

We've done what we set out to do. Always a worry about our half time interventions and drop off in performance second half this season, but with El Mizouni and Connolly to come second half we are potentially well placed. Morris needs to come off, not least because he is on a yellow.

Don’t want to tempt fate but Forrester has been outstanding 1v1 against Beesley.

How did they miss that?! A proper reprieve.
