UEFA Continental Pro-Licence coach has just left Forest Green Rovers after 3 very successful years as assistant manager to move back to Kent to be with his family! Outstanding coach and I believe he deserves the chance to manage in his own right! I think Leyton Orient can be that club!

Very different being an assistant manager and manager. We need someone who has successfully made that transition.
