I was with a friend applying for a job on the parliamentary website the other day. It took 5 minutes to get through all the stuff about inclusivity. There were 17 options to describe whether she was male or female. When it came to religion and ethnicity there was two pages. None of which was her religion, White Catholic. Christian was the closest. The world has gone mad!

I juat checked, there are five options for gender:
Male, female, Non binary, prefer to self describe, prefer, not to say. There are 10 options for religion, incliding other and prefer not to say, all of the major religions are there and none are split into denominations. There are two other questions on disabilty and ethnicity, in total it would take less than 30 seconds to fill in.

On the evidence I've seen i don't think it is the world that is the problem.
