Glad I managed to get my online account sorted...had trouble with it for months and was going to get my ticket on my lunch break. Safe to say I would have had to take half day annual leave if I did!!

I went to the ticket office today as I didn’t want to risk not getting my two tickets as per my 2 season tickets entitlement. As there was a longish queue I didn’t mention the hassle with doing it in line that forced me to make the journey.

It’s the worse part of the club, when we are
successful you know you are going to waste
part of a day on the phone trying to get thru
to the ticket office ..

First picked up phone at 13.10 to contact club
finally answered at 16.15…
