Re: 3000 season tickets sold so far
Someone on FB took pictures of the empty seats in the ground yesterday, probably around 2-300, from another ‘sold out’ match.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 5:49 amGates are up more due to the fictitious reporting than anything else.Mistadobalina wrote: ↑Sat Apr 26, 2025 8:55 pm Average gates are up 2k on the play off final season. One of the biggest achievements of the last ownership has been to significantly increase the number of people coming to games.
Was a bit disappointed by the number of people who cleared off after the final whistle but guess that's the flip side of attracting more casual fans.
I thought the amount that hung around for the lap of honour was pretty decent, although I cleared off after that so no idea about the attendance for the speeches or whatever went on after that.
I know of people who wanted to go yesterday but couldn’t get a ticket, I guess it was down to season ticket holders who didn’t put their seats on the Exchange scheme.

North stand is awful for it. Phantom kids clearly an issue that isn't getting sorted for next season. West and south stands looked pretty packed. Oddly whole rows in the east were completely empty. Do we still have a cap on how many tickets we can sell there?

Re: 3000 season tickets sold so far
Its not what you have pointed out its the statement you made. We will never know what dates will be affected. The fixtures don't get published for months and I'm not sure England know when they are home/away for some games. Finally, we (probably) lose one of our full internationals whilst two loanee internationals go back - meaning we won't be so concerned about that if we are still in L1. If we do go up then we will have more midweek games - but we should be seeing better football.Cheshunto wrote: ↑Sat Apr 26, 2025 8:43 pmLook back to all the numerous posters who made the exact same point as me,LittleMate wrote: ↑Fri Apr 25, 2025 6:55 pmWould you like to know where we are going to finish next season as well, before making a decisions as well.....
A truly pointless statement
Lots of fans were pi$$ed off at the Saturday games that were moved to Tuesday nights,
Maybe it didn’t affect fans like you, if so, lucky you![]()

Nothing to do with phantom kids. It’s the KO time. My two grandkids could not attend because of school sport in the morningMistadobalina wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 9:20 am North stand is awful for it. But presumably you put them up for sale on the ticket exchange?
Any kid choosing a school game over a play off decider doesn’t deserve a ST anyway.

Is their still not the problem in the East where they can't sell a batch of the seats for safety reasons.George M wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 7:47 pmNothing to do with phantom kids. It’s the KO time. Re: 3000 season tickets sold so far
I've just noticed that the reduced kids prices (U11 £62, U18 £125) apply to the West Side as well, which I didn't think was the case previously, so I'd be looking to get one in there.Rich Tea Wellin wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 9:00 pm Officially a season ticket holder again for the first time since 2019/20.

Re: 3000 season tickets sold so far
If the unthinkable actually happens and we get promoted, I think the owners will regret going early and selling the season tickets at league one prices.
I’d have expected to pay a fair bit more for mine if it was in the championship

But it isn't that low. Over 4000. Don't you remember loads saying not renewing due to lack of 3.00pm kick offs, Seems as if they have decided to renewHoover Attack wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 6:05 pm Genuinely surprised it’s that low, guess people just hanging out to the last moment.

Not necessarily, Mark Devlin on X mentioned that there have been a healthy number of new SC holders.Lifelongfan wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 10:22 pmBut it isn't that low. Over 4000. Re: 4000 season tickets sold so far
So if there were more than 4,500 STs sold this season, there’s a cap of 4,500 this season, and new STs are being sold, it’s possible you’ll be told you can’t renew next season? Blimey.

Again, Mark Devlin confirmed that they've increased the cap.Hoover Attack wrote: ↑Thu May 01, 2025 6:38 am So if there were more than 4,500 STs sold this season, there’s a cap of 4,500 this season, and new STs are being sold, it’s possible you’ll be told you can’t renew next season? Blimey.
Up until the renewal deadline, no one has to worry about being turned away, bu like any season and what happened to someone who sat close to me, if you don't renew before the renewal deadline then the seat is up for general sale and can and will be taken by someone else.
