Debt to share transfer
The club are transferring the debt owed to eagle investments for shares in the club, diluting anyone else's share ownership, and making the club debt free. I assume this is a requirement of the sale, and means Nigel and Co stay in as minority shareholders.

Re: Debt to share transfer
The email was tagged as P&C, so I’m expecting a press release soon enough.
We minority shareholders will see our % diluted as the ‘new shares’ are issued.
No big deal and it’ll help NT and KT get some of their investment back. Although I heard KT say say it was “a gift”.
Some figures are mentioned in letter and the total of their investments over the years exceeds the rumoured sale price I’ve seen in the press.
NT continues to hold true to his intent that the next generation of owners will continue to be loyal to our fans.
I remember standing outside the Courts a few years back and I’m expecting to be eternally grateful for Eagle’s intervention.

Surely it depends who he’s selling to doesn’t it?Orient_Man_And_Boy wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 6:19 am The email was tagged as P&C, so I’m expecting a press release soon enough.

Indeed, but NT is first and foremost a fan and, as far as anything is certain in this crackpot world, I trust him to do the right thing. Especially with my handsome 200-share-investment.

Is that why he spent three decades in the States making a fortune rather than standing grimly on crumbling terraces watching us get pumped at places like Ninian Park and Springfield Park?Orient_Man_And_Boy wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 5:08 pmIndeed, but NT is first and foremost a fan

After what happened to us previously I feel reassured Nigel is staying on the board . Is Kent staying ? I hope so.

And, having accumulated said 'fortune', sat in the ground duringThe Dark Ages and said "We've gotta find a way to buy this club."*OyinbO wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 5:22 pmIs that why he spent three decades in the States making a fortune rather than standing grimly on crumbling terraces watching us get pumped at places like Ninian Park and Springfield Park?
* Or something very close to that.
